LifeWIRE® Corp. and PSYCHeANALYTICS, Inc. Forge Strategic Marketing Agreement

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (13 January 2020) - LifeWIRE Corp., and PSYCHeANALYTICS Inc, announced today a co-marketing agreement to move forward as a joint solution for clients.  With LifeWIRE’s patented communication platform and PSYCHeANALYTICS’ psychosocial and behavioral health assessment tool, the two companies are unlocking the combined power of their innovative health technologies to reduce suffering and save lives.

Howard Rosen, LifeWIRE CEO & Founder believes that LifeWIRE’s suite of personalized communications, monitoring, and data capture solutions for population management and patient self-directed care provides a unique patient engagement element for PSYCHeANALYTICS behavioral health assessment. “The LifeWIRE + PSYCHeANALYTICS advantage is an innovative and intuitive solution that will deliver an integrated healthcare assessment and engagement platform to help providers and patients together navigate needed care,” says Rosen.

Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) is critical to improving outcomes. Thus, PSYCHeANALYTICS CEO, Dave Haddick underscores the importance of coordinating not only the overlapping impact of psychosocial and medical problems, but also the communication between patients and providers.

“An intelligent assessment that meets the full spectrum of co-morbid psychosocial needs is able to reach patients in the communication form they choose; educate, elevate and direct patients to needed interactions with providers. That’s the increased value of LifeWIRE and PSYCHeANALYTICS. Together, they maximize healthcare resource allocation,” says Haddick.

Dr. Alan Lorenz, chair-elect of the American College Health Association Mental Health Section, notes, “A major challenge in the management of mental and behavioral healthcare services is integrating solutions that engage the patient while enabling providers to efficiently target and reduce symptoms before they escalate. Seamlessly integrating a patient engagement platform with a behavioral and psychosocial assessment solution will not only reduce suffering, but it will save lives,” says Lorenz.

With a shared vision of reinventing the future of health, these two health technologies came together through StartUp Health, a group that supports and fosters digital health startups. The partnership forged by LifeWIRE and PSYCHeANALYTICS served StartUp Health’s purpose “to connect the world’s best health entrepreneurs and innovators — to collaborate, share knowledge, and leverage the power of the network effect to speed up health innovation.”

ABOUT LifeWIRE

LifeWIRE is a patented, cloud based, communications platform driving clinician to patient relationships creating a remote and automated dialogue. It is the only population monitoring solution that is uniquely designed to handle co-morbid issues and do it in real time.

Current Use Cases include outreach, follow-up and feedback, where the patient can use any device, anywhere any time, communicating through modes such as email, text, IVR, chat, as well as over 400 wearables and medical devices without the need for software or special equipment. LifeWIRE instantly connects, delivering data and insight surrounding the patient’s physical and behavioral condition for the benefit of patients and providers.

Using client’s protocols and assessments, the qualitative and quantitative data combine to form continuous, real time, 24/7 awareness of the patient and feed AI/predictive modelling engines. The data are used to define baselines and norms, so that the clinician only sees the escalations; out of range results, warnings or flags.

ABOUT PSYCHeANALYTICS

PSYCHeANALYTICS is a cloud-based platform for real time behavioral health and psychosocial assessment that addresses the most prevalent source of excessive ER use, hospital readmissions, patient dissatisfaction, and physician burnout. Finding the non-medical root causes prevalent in over half of all primary care visits, at the first visit, prevents useless and potentially harmful procedures and medications. The efficacy of our intervention makes this the most cost-effective solution to high medical costs and increasing cost of care for underserved.

The mission of PSYCHeANALYTICS is to add critical value to medical practices seeking to make Integrated Behavioral Healthcare (IBH) accessible to all patients. Our technology provides universal psychosocial screening and actionable differential recommendations significant to the patient’s body, mind and spirit. We speak for the people who think their symptoms are not worth mentioning. Medical providers can now determine the most effective care pathways by considering contextual variables before the medical visit. Our precisely targeted recommendations lead to improved patient health, enhanced provider satisfaction, while reducing unnecessary cost.
